(i)What are your hours?

We are open 9am to 8pm daily.

(ii)Are bakery products fresh?

Yes, we bake fresh at our own premises every day.

(iii)How long will products be last for?

The amount of time any item will stay fresh depends on the type of product like our cake stay fresh at room temperature upto one week.

(iv)How soon should I order for customize cake?

We need just 2 days notice for custom cake orders.

(v) How much of a deposit is required when ordering a cake?

Customer need to deposit atleast 25 percent of the total amount.

 

 

(vi)Do you deliver? Is there any delivery charge?

We deliver for free in radius of 10 km. After that delivery charges apply.

(v)How do I place an order?

You may place an order through our website, by calling us or through Zomato and Swiggy.

(vi)What If I need to cancel my order?

If paid in full, a 75 percent refund or a 100 percent refund on cancellations that are made 72 hours before the order delivery date.

(vii)What types of payments do you accept?

We currently accept cash, google pay and paytm.

(viii)Do you have a minimum order for home delivery?

Yes, minimum order of Rs.400 for home delivery.
